２: Receive the order confirmation e-mail from TOKU.
※After the 2nd order, we deliver with the same delivery information if you don't give us any instruction.

Our bento box is microwavable.
Hot bento is more delicious. We earge you to microwave it.

Contact us before the order deadline, 1PM of the day before.
If you miss it, we may not be able to cancel or change your order in the case we buy ingredients.
Q2: Is the coupon refundable？
No, we can't refund or exchange coupons.
Q3: I haven't got any coupons！
TOKUYA sends you the online coupon by e-mail within 24 hours after your purchace.
(The coupon is not paper-printed.)
Q4: How big is bento?
Our bento container is approx. 700ml size. Rice is about 240g.
Bento comes with 1 main dish, 2 side menu and rice.
Don is with rice and topped 1 main dish.
Q5: I would like to receive at noon sharp!
Unfortunatelly, our bento box can't be nominated the delivery time.
We decide the fastest delivery route in total of all orders.
Our delivery time changes depend on the order everyday. But we promise to deliver it at the latest 1PM.
